How do Board Credits work? Go Up ⬆
Board Credits let you buy multiple boards at once and save with volume discounts.
There are a few ways credits can be applied:
- Using Credits to Upgrade Boards: When you upgrade a board to “Unlimited Posts,” one credit is used for that board. Other credits remain in your account for future use. You can redeem credits for both new and existing boards directly from your dashboard.
- Bulk Credit Purchase: Buying multiple boards upfront adds credits to your account. These credits automatically upgrade future boards until they run out.
- Credit Expiration: Credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them — no time limit, no timer to refresh.
- How to Track Your Credits: View your current credit balance anytime in your dashboard (top right).
- Flexibility: Credits stay in your account until you use them — no need to use them all at once.
- No Hidden Fees: Upgrades are straightforward — no surprise charges.

- Board settings: Visibility (personal or team), embed on your website with an allow list, password protection, custom logo and branding, post approval, and invite-only posting with a code (Team Plan). On paid boards, optional contributor opt-in (custom notice plus required checkbox before posting, with each acknowledgement recorded) and download contributions as CSV with columns you choose for moderation and compliance.

What are contributor opt-in and CSV export on Bravoboard? Go Up ⬆
On paid Bravoboard boards (Unlimited Monthly, Unlimited Annual, Team Plan, and pay-as-you-go premium boards), board owners get two compliance-friendly tools in Board settings:
- Contributor opt-in: You write a short notice (for example policies or consent language). Contributors must read it and check a box before posting. Bravoboard stores whether they acknowledged it, a snapshot of the notice text, and a timestamp—useful for workplace, HR, and audit workflows.
- Export contributions to CSV: Download posts and metadata you select—such as message text, names, timestamps, moderation fields, optional internal post ID, and opt-in acknowledgement columns—into a CSV file for spreadsheets or your records.
These features are optional; you enable them per board when you need them.
Can I access and modify my board after it's published?
Yes — you can modify content, change the recipient, archive, delete, schedule, or unschedule delivery anytime.
Is my board private?
Boards are accessible only via the unique link you share. They aren’t indexed by search engines. You can password-protect a board, set visibility to personal or team, archive or lock a board anytime to prevent new posts, and (on Team Plan) require post approval or invite-only posting with a code.
Do you sell or share my information?
No — we do not and will never share your information (or contributors’ info) with third parties.
Do contributors have to sign up to post?
Contributors can post anonymously or include a name. If you’re signed in, we won’t auto-populate your name to support privacy.
Can I update the delivery schedule after scheduling?
Yes — you can remove an existing schedule and reschedule your board anytime.
How long will my Bravoboards last?
Unlimited boards last 3 months and free boards last 1 month. We recommend archiving over deleting.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on your plan. You can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?
Yes — you can manage your subscription online and switch between monthly and yearly plans anytime.
What's a magic-link (for email sign-in)?
Magic links are a frictionless login method: enter your email, click the link we send, and you’re in — no password to remember. We also support trusted social login providers.
Is there a limit on unlimited boards or posts?
No limit defined — you can add unlimited posts and invite any number of contributors.
How many people can I email from Share at once?
From Share, you add email addresses one at a time (or paste and press Enter). The number you can queue in one batch depends on the board owner’s plan: up to 10 on pay-as-you-go or without an unlimited/team subscription, up to 30 per batch on Unlimited Monthly or Annual, and up to 50 per batch on Team Plan. You can send another batch anytime, or share the board link so everyone joins from one place.

What happens to unpaid boards after I subscribe?
Existing unpaid boards convert to active once you upgrade. After your subscription expires, new boards may need activation, but existing active boards remain active.
Do different login methods map to one user?
Yes — Bravoboard stitches login methods to a unique email address. We recommend using social accounts that map to the same email so you can sign in seamlessly.
