Choose the right Bravoboard upgrade

Compare pay-as-you-go board credits, Unlimited Monthly and Annual plans, and Team Plan controls for your next group card.

Board credits are a simple way to upgrade individual boards without starting a subscription. Use credits when you need a paid board occasionally, such as for a farewell, birthday, teacher appreciation card, or thank-you board.

Credits are automatically used when you create a new board if credits are available, and you can also apply a credit to an existing board from your dashboard. Board credits never expire.

Choose Pay-as-you-go if you only need an upgraded board once in a while.

Choose Unlimited if you create group cards often and want unlimited boards without buying credits each time.

Choose Team Plan if multiple people need to create or manage boards, or if your organization needs controls like branding, post approval, invite-only posting, embed restrictions, contributor records, and CSV export.

Free starter boards are available for trying Bravoboard. When you need more room or paid features, you can upgrade with credits, Unlimited, or Team Plan. If you are still exploring, you can keep using a starter board and upgrade when your card grows.

AI-Wish Composer is available on all boards, including free boards. It helps contributors draft and refine thoughtful messages when they add a post. Whether someone wants their wish to stand out or just needs a creative boost, AI-Wish Composer makes writing easier.

Contributor opt-in is available on eligible Team Plan paid boards. You can add a short notice and require contributors to acknowledge it with a checkbox before posting. Bravoboard stores each acknowledgement with a timestamp, which is useful for workplace and compliance workflows. You can include opt-in fields in CSV export on eligible paid boards.

Lock and archive finished boards to stop new posts while keeping the board available to view. People with the board link can still open and read the card after you archive it; archiving does not hide the board from viewers.

Privacy is built into the way Bravoboard handles regular boards. User-created boards are shared by unique link, are not included in Bravoboard’s public sitemap, and include noindex instructions for search engines. Official sample boards are public examples and may be indexed.
