Group cards for teams, without the coordination chaos

One board, one link, fewer threads to chase. Polished enough for work, warm enough to feel personal. Farewells, work anniversaries, staff appreciation, retirements, birthdays, team wins.

Easy for contributors: most people can post without creating an account (depending on your settings). Organizers can still limit who posts and turn on review when you want calm, not chaos.

“Bravoboard helped facilitate our staff appreciation during the month of March. The Bravoboard team provided extensive consultation around how to make the board more efficacious, which helped generate a ton of success within the first few days!”

Quinton Powell, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Littleton Public Schools

How it works

Four steps. No spreadsheet required.

1

Create a board

Name it, pick basics, and you are ready to invite people.

2

Invite contributors

Share a link (and optional posting codes if you want the board invite-only).

3

Review if you want

You can approve posts before they appear, so nothing surprising hits the page.

4

Share & keep a copy

Deliver the finished board, and export to CSV when you need a spreadsheet.

When Team Plan makes sense

We would rather you pick what fits than grow into the wrong plan.

Often a good match

  • You run boards throughout the year
  • More than one person needs to create or manage boards
  • You expect a lot of contributors
  • You want your logo and a polished look
  • You want review, invite-only posting, passwords, or tighter embed control
  • You sometimes need contributor fields, an acknowledgement line, or a CSV export

Often enough: credits or Unlimited

  • One simple board every once in a while
  • You do not need the extra team controls above

Questions

Do contributors need accounts?
Usually, no. People add messages with the link you share, and they often do not need to sign up. You choose how open the board is. Team Plan adds more ways to limit who can post and whether posts need your OK first.
What makes Team Plan different from Unlimited Yearly?
Unlimited Yearly is a strong fit when you mostly want unlimited boards and posts without the extra team controls. Team Plan adds things like your logo and background, review before posts go live, invite-only posting, a password for viewers, embed controls, more people who can create boards, and optional fields before someone posts. On paid boards, both can include a short opt-in line people check before posting and a CSV export of contributions.
Can we review posts before they appear?
Yes. You can turn on approval so new posts wait for you before they show on the board.
Can we limit who can contribute or view the board?
Yes. You can use invite-only posting, an optional password for viewing, and controls for where the board may be embedded.
Can we add our logo or branding?
Yes. Team Plan lets you add your logo and background so the board looks like your group, not a generic page.
Can we export contributions?
Yes. You can download contributions to a CSV from board settings when you need a spreadsheet copy.
We only need one board — is Team Plan still right?
It can be, if you want strong controls and lots of messages on that one board. If it is a simple one-off and you do not need the extras, pay-as-you-go credits or Unlimited may be easier. Compare options on the plans page and pick what fits.
Can schools, nonprofits, volunteer groups, or communities use Team Plan?
Yes. It works the same way: one link, many voices, less chasing people through email threads and chats. School staff appreciation is a common example.
