Team plan for workplaces & groups

When you are gathering messages for colleagues or a community, you often need a little more than a one-off board: room for everyone to post, safeguards against spam, and controls that match how your organisation works. Team plan is built for that—without turning your celebration into a sales pitch.

Who it is for

Team plan is built for teams running multiple boards or needing room for more voices on one board: unlimited posts, plus controls that help you run boards with confidence, review posts before submissions go live, branding and embed options, and invite-only posting so only people you share access with can add a message. Team Plan also includes Required info from contributors (optionally require first name, last name, and/or email before someone posts) and a Contributor question (your own checkbox label, optional or required)—useful for roll call, alumni self-ID, and light compliance workflows. Like every paid Bravoboard plan, paid boards can use contributor opt-in (your notice plus a checkbox before posting, with acknowledgements recorded) and export contributions to CSV for audits and records.

Schools and districts often use Team plan for staff appreciation and recognition—one shared place for messages during appreciation weeks, retirements, and district-wide campaigns.

Pay-as-you-go credits work well for an occasional board; if you would rather not track credits, and you want teammates to create boards with stronger safeguards (who can post, approvals, password protection, embed controls), a yearly Team plan is usually the simpler fit.

What you get

Everything in Unlimited Annual, plus features teams typically ask for:

Unlimited posts

No five-post cap—everyone who should contribute can, on boards your team creates.

Custom branding

Optional logo and background so the board feels like your organisation—not a generic page.

Post review

Turn on approval before new posts appear publicly, so nothing surprising lands on the board.

Invite-only posting

Share a posting code so only people you invite can add a message.

Password protection

Optional password for viewers—useful for internal or sensitive celebrations.

Embed allow list

Restrict which websites may embed your board, so it is not dropped in places you did not intend.

More creators

Multiple teammates can create and manage boards under your Team plan (see pricing for current creator limits).

Required info from contributors

Ask for first name, last name, and/or email before someone can post—turn each field on or off in board settings. Helpful for follow-ups, roll call, and workplace policies.

Contributor question

Add a checkbox with your own label (for example alumni or volunteer self-identification). Make it optional or require it before posting; answers are not shown on the public board.

Contributor opt-in before posting

On paid boards, set optional notice text and require a checkbox before someone posts. Bravoboard records each acknowledgement with a timestamp—helpful for HR, compliance, and internal policy.

Download contributions as CSV

Export posts and the columns you choose—including opt-in acknowledgement fields, required name/email fields, and contributor question responses—from Board settings to a spreadsheet-friendly CSV for moderation reviews and archives.

Why we limit free boards. A modest free tier helps us keep Bravoboard available for birthdays and personal use, and reduces spam and abuse so team boards stay reliable. If you hit limits on free, it is not a nudge to upsell—it is how we keep the platform kind for everyone.

Questions people ask

Is Team plan the same as Unlimited Yearly?
Unlimited Yearly is great for frequent celebrations with unlimited boards and posts. Team plan includes those benefits and the organisation-focused controls above (branding, moderation, embed list, invite-only posting, password, more creators), plus Required info from contributors and Contributor question in board settings. Both Unlimited and Team include the same paid-board tools: contributor opt-in and CSV export of contributions.
What are Required info and Contributor question?
Required info from contributors lets Team Plan organizers require first name, last name, and/or email before someone posts. Contributor question adds a custom checkbox (your wording), optional or required—useful for self-ID or light attestation. Neither replaces the separate contributor opt-in notice on paid boards, which records policy acknowledgements with a timestamp.
Do contributors need accounts?
Contributors can usually post and comment without creating an account, depending on how you set the board. Team plan adds options for who may post and whether posts need approval first.
We only need one board—is Team plan still right?
If one board with unlimited posts and stronger controls is what you need, Team plan can still be a good fit. If you truly need a single one-off board, pay-as-you-go or Unlimited may be enough—compare pricing.
