Can I upload my own background image?

Yes. On the Team Plan, you can use your own background image by either uploading a file or pasting an image URL. Uploaded images must be under 5MB.

How to set a custom background:

  • Open the board and open the background or color picker (from the board menu or edit options).
  • Go to the Custom (or Custom background) tab.
  • Upload: Choose a file from your device (under 5MB). We’ll use it as the board background.
  • Or paste a URL: Enter a direct image URL (e.g. from your hosting or a supported image link) and apply.

Custom backgrounds are part of Bravoboard’s whitelabel options on the Team Plan. You also get curated themes, occasions, and patterns on all plans—or use your own image on Team Plan for a fully branded look.
