How do I share a board to collect messages?

You can share your Bravoboard and invite others to add messages conveniently by Email, Link, or QR Code.

1. Open your board and click Share & Invite. You’ll see options to share the board via email, a unique link, or a QR code.
2. Email Invitations: Add up to 10 email addresses per batch (you can send multiple batches as needed). The 10-email limit helps prevent spam and ensure platform reliability.
   
   Make sure to use valid, non-disposable email addresses to ensure delivery. If invitees don’t receive the invite, remind them to check their Promotions or Updates tab (especially on Gmail).
   
   Click Send Now — a well-designed invitation email with your board link and QR code will be sent immediately.
3. Unique Board Link: When you open the Share & Invite menu, your board’s unique link is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can paste and share it through Slack, Teams, Outlook, Discord, or social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, Meta, or Instagram.
4. QR Code: Download or copy the QR code from the invite popup and share it in an email, chat app (Slack, Teams, Discord), or even print it for in-person events.
5. Social Media: Copy your board link or QR code and include it in your social media posts to invite contributions from a wider audience.
6. Embed on Your Website: You can embed your Bravoboard on your website, intranet, SharePoint, or Confluence page using the embed code. This allows both visitors and logged-in users to post messages — a perfect option for a Gratitude Wall or team appreciation page.
