Scheduling Your Bravoboard Delivery

Scheduling allows you to set the exact date, time, and time zone for your Bravoboard delivery. This ensures your board reaches the recipient at the perfect moment, no matter where they are in the world.

How to Schedule a Delivery

  1. Open your board and click the calendar icon on your board's actions.
  2. Select your preferred time zone from the list of over 128 supported global time zones.
  3. Choose the date and time for delivery.
  4. Click Schedule to confirm.

What Happens at the Scheduled Time

When the scheduled time arrives, your Bravoboard is automatically delivered.

  • The recipient receives a beautifully formatted email with the board link.
  • You receive a confirmation email once it’s sent.

If no time zone is selected, Bravoboard uses your device’s local time zone by default. You can update or cancel a scheduled delivery at any time before it’s sent.

Tip: It’s often helpful to schedule the board as soon as you create it, so it’s all set and you don’t have to worry about it later. If the scheduling doesn’t seem to save, a quick browser refresh usually clears things up.
