Are shared boards private? Who can see my board?

Regular user-created boards are shared by unique link, are not included in Bravoboard’s public sitemap, and include noindex instructions for search engines. Official Bravoboard sample boards are public examples and may be indexed.

Anyone with the link can view or contribute unless you add controls such as a password, post approval, or invite-only posting. Share the link only with people you trust.

When inviting contributors by email, their addresses are used only to send the invitation. Recipients cannot see other invitees’ email addresses.

As the board creator, you can:

• Lock and archive finished boards to stop new posts while keeping the board available to view.
• Delete a board completely, which removes content and makes the link unavailable.
