How do I password-protect a board?

Password protection requires visitors to enter a password before they can view the board. Everyone (including you) must enter the password unless they've already passed the gate in that browser session.

Steps:

  • Open the board and go to Board settings.
  • Expand the Password protect card.
  • Turn Enable password protection on.
  • Enter a password (at least 4 characters) and confirm it, then save.

When protection is on, visitors see a gate page asking for the password. After entering it correctly, they can view and interact with the board. Turn the toggle off and save to remove the password.
