How do I cancel my Bravoboard subscription?

You can cancel your recurring Bravoboard membership anytime from your account dashboard — no need to contact support.

1. Log in to your Bravoboard account using the same email you used when you subscribed (for example, through Google Sign-In).
2. Click on Accounts. On desktop, you’ll find this option in the top right corner; on mobile, it appears at the top center of the screen.
3. Under Your Subscriptions, locate your active plan.
4. Click Cancel. You’ll see a brief confirmation message.
5. Click Continue to Cancel to confirm. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Once canceled, you’ll still have access to your boards until the end of your current billing cycle. If you decide to return later, simply log back in and resubscribe — your boards and unlimited privileges will be waiting for you.

Note: If you don’t see your subscription under your current login, you may have signed up using a different email (for example, via Google or Apple sign-in). Try logging in with that account to access your plan.
