How do I invite people to contribute to a Bravoboard?

You can invite others to contribute conveniently by Email, Link, or QR Code directly from your board.

1. Open your board and click Share & Invite. You’ll see options to invite contributors via email, a unique board link, or a QR code.
2. Email Invitations: Add up to 10 email addresses at a time. You can send multiple batches, so there’s effectively no limit. This limit helps prevent spam and abuse.
   
   Ensure all email addresses are valid and non-disposable for successful delivery. If invitees don’t receive the email, ask them to check their Promotions or Updates tab (especially on Gmail).
   
   Click Send Now — a polished invitation email with your board link and QR code will be sent to your recipients.
3. Unique Board Link: When you open the Share & Invite menu, your board’s unique link is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can paste it into Slack, Teams, Outlook, Discord, or share it on social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, Meta, or Instagram.
4. QR Code: Copy or download the QR code from the invite popup, then share it in your emails, chats (Slack, Teams, Discord), or print it for in-person events.
5. Social Media: Simply copy your board link or QR code and include it in your social media post to invite wider participation.
6. Embed on Your Website: You can embed your Bravoboard on your website, intranet, or collaboration platforms like SharePoint or Confluence. This allows both visitors and signed-in users to post messages — great for a Gratitude Wall or team appreciation page.
