Celebrate Now helps you quickly find people and teams you may want to recognize. It appears on your Bravoboard dashboard and suggests timely celebration opportunities, such as upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, people you have celebrated before, teammates, or people who recently contributed to your boards.
Instead of starting from a blank page, Celebrate Now gives you a helpful shortcut: review the suggestions, revisit past boards for inspiration, and start a new board in just a few clicks.
Where to find Celebrate Now
- Log in to your Bravoboard account.
- Go to your dashboard or home page.
- Look for the Celebrate Now or Celebrate soon widget.
- Review the suggested people, teams, or upcoming dates.
The dashboard widget shows a small preview of suggestions. To see the full list, click View all.
What suggestions can appear?
Celebrate Now may include several types of suggestions:
- Upcoming — birthdays, anniversaries, or other saved reminder dates that are coming soon.
- Worth revisiting — people or teams you have celebrated before and may want to recognize again.
- People who engaged with you — people who have written on your boards or contributed in a meaningful way.
- On your team — teammates or team members you may want to recognize.
The exact suggestions you see depend on your account activity, boards, reminders, and team setup.
Open the full Celebrate Now list
Click View all from the dashboard widget to open the full Celebrate Now list. The full view organizes suggestions into sections so you can quickly jump to the type of celebration you care about.
You may see section buttons such as:
- Upcoming
- Revisit
- Engaged
- Team
Click a section button to jump directly to that part of the list.
Start a board from a suggestion
- Open the Celebrate Now widget or click View all.
- Find the person, team, or occasion you want to celebrate.
- Click Start board.
- Bravoboard will open the new board flow with helpful details already filled in when available.
- Customize the board title, design, settings, and sharing options before sending it out.
You can always edit the board before sharing it with contributors.
Revisit a past board
Some suggestions include a previous board link, such as:
Last board: Happy Birthday, Sam!
Clicking the linked board title opens the older board. This can help you remember what you created last time, reuse a similar idea, or get inspiration before starting a new celebration.
The previous board link is separate from Start board. Use the board title if you want to look back, or use Start board if you are ready to create something new.
Why did I get a suggestion?
Celebrate Now suggestions are based on signals such as:
- Upcoming reminder dates
- People or teams you have celebrated before
- How long it has been since someone was last celebrated
- People who have contributed to your boards
- Your team or workspace context
The goal is to surface thoughtful opportunities, not to require action on every suggestion.
Do I have to use every suggestion?
No. Celebrate Now is optional. You can start a board from any suggestion, revisit past boards, or simply close the list and return later.
If a suggestion is not relevant, you can ignore it. Your dashboard will continue to be available for creating boards manually whenever you want.
Why do I see Celebrate Now after logging in?
If you have celebration opportunities available, Bravoboard may open Celebrate Now after you log in so you do not miss upcoming or meaningful moments. You can close it at any time.
You can also access the same suggestions later from the Celebrate Now widget on your dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- I do not see Celebrate Now: You may not have any suggestions yet, or the feature may not be available for your account or workspace.
- I do not see past board links: Past board links only appear when Bravoboard can find a related previous board that is available to you.
- A suggestion looks unfamiliar: It may come from a previous board, reminder, team member, or someone who contributed to your boards.
- The list is long: Use the section buttons at the top of the full view to jump between categories.
- I clicked the wrong item: You can close the new board flow or go back to your dashboard without creating a board.
Celebrate Now is designed to make recognition easier and more timely. It helps you notice meaningful moments, remember past celebrations, and quickly create a new Bravoboard when the time feels right.
