On the Team Plan, you can make posting invite-only: visitors must enter a code before they can add a post. You choose the code and share it only with people you want to contribute.
Steps:
- Open the board and go to Board settings.
- Expand the Invite-only posting with a code card.
- Turn the feature on, then enter a code (at least 4 characters). It can be a simple word or phrase—no need for a secret password.
- Save. You can change or remove the code later from the same card.
When someone clicks to add a post, they'll see a prompt to enter the code. After entering the correct code, they can submit posts for that session. If the code is wrong, they'll see an error and can try again or contact you for the code.
