On the Team Plan, you can turn on post approval so that new posts are hidden until you approve them. Contributors can still submit; you review and approve or reject from the board.
Steps:
- Open the board and go to Board settings.
- Expand the Post approval card.
- Turn Approve posts before they're visible on.
- Save. New posts will appear as pending until you approve them.
When there are pending posts, you'll see a notification (e.g. bell icon) on the board. Open it to view pending posts and use Approve or Reject for each. Approved posts then appear on the board; rejected ones stay hidden. Contributors see a message that their post is queued for approval.
