Boards are accessible via their unique link and are not publicly listed. Share the link only with people you trust. You can further limit access, lock the board to stop new posts, password protect it, restrict which domains or subdomains can embed it and even limit who can post by invite-only code that allows your contributors to post. or lock/archive it for safekeeping.
