Why don’t I see my boards or premium account after logging in?

If your boards or premium features are missing, this may be due to case sensitivity in your login email.

Our authentication system treats uppercase and lowercase letters as distinct. Logging in with a slightly different version of your email (for example, using capital letters where you originally used lowercase) can create a new, empty account.

How to fix this

1. Log out of your account completely.
2. Log back in using the exact same email address you used when signing up, matching letter case precisely.
3. Your boards and premium access should reappear immediately after signing in with the correct email.
