Your teams lists every team you're an active member of. If you created a team and invited others, you'll see that team (e.g. My Team — Admin). If someone else invited you, you'll see their team with a label like Ronil's team — Member so it's clear whose team it is.
Why do I see "My Team" and "Someone's team"?
Your own team may be named My Team until you rename it. Teams you were invited to show as [Admin's name]'s team (or their email if they haven't set a name) so you can tell them apart.
What's Admin vs Member?
Admin means you manage that team (invite people, change the team name, remove members). Member means you can create and see that team's boards but don't manage the team. Learn more in Team roles: Admin vs Member.
