Contributor opt-in is available on eligible Team Plan paid boards.
In Board settings, you can add a short notice (for example policies or consent language) and require contributors to acknowledge it with a checkbox before posting. Bravoboard stores whether they acknowledged it, a snapshot of the notice text, and a timestamp.
This is useful for workplace, HR, and audit workflows. You can include opt-in fields in CSV export on eligible paid boards.
CSV export is available on paid boards. Contributor opt-in is not available on pay-as-you-go, Unlimited Monthly, or Unlimited Annual boards unless you are on Team Plan with an eligible paid board.
