The Team Plan is Bravoboard's plan for teams and organizations. It includes everything in lower tiers plus features that help you collaborate and control your boards.
Team Plan features include:
- Up to 15 creators — Invite team members who can create and manage boards.
- Custom logo and branding — Add your logo to boards and set its size.
- Post approval — New posts stay hidden until you approve them.
- Invite-only posting with a code — Only people with the code can add posts.
- Required contributor info and contributor question — Optionally collect name, email, or a custom checkbox response before posting.
- Contributor opt-in — On eligible Team Plan paid boards, add a notice plus recorded acknowledgement before posting.
- CSV export — Download contributions from paid boards for records and audits.
- Board visibility — Make boards visible to your team so they can manage or contribute.
AI-Wish Composer is available on all boards, including free boards, to help contributors draft messages.
Board credits never expire. Lock and archive finished boards to stop new posts while keeping the board available to view.
