How do I share or send the finished Bravoboard?

To send a finished Bravoboard at a specific time, use scheduled delivery:

  1. Open your board from your dashboard.
  2. Click Schedule Delivery.
  3. Select the correct timezone.
  4. Choose the date and time for delivery.
  5. Click Schedule to confirm.

What happens next:

  1. At the scheduled time, a beautiful email is sent to your recipient with the board link.
  2. You receive a confirmation email that the board was delivered.

Other ways to share anytime:

  1. Copy the Unique Board Link and share it via email, SMS, Slack, or Teams.
  2. Copy or download the QR Code and include it in a message or printout.
