When you open Share for a board you own, you can queue contributor invitations by email. Addresses are added one at a time (type an email and press Enter, or paste and confirm each). When you click Send Now, that group is one batch.
How many addresses can be in one batch? It depends on the board owner’s subscription (the account that created the board):
- Up to 10 per batch — pay-as-you-go / board credits, or no active Unlimited or Team subscription on the owner’s account.
- Up to 30 per batch — Unlimited Monthly or Unlimited Annual on the owner’s account.
- Up to 50 per batch — Team Plan on the owner’s account.
Need to reach more people? Send another batch (each send can include up to your limit again). For very large lists, it is often easier to copy the board link or use the QR code in Share so everyone opens the same board without entering emails in Bravoboard.
Duplicate addresses in the same batch are counted once. If you hit the limit, you’ll see a short message explaining the cap. Plan limits are also summarized on the pricing page comparison table under Share by email (per batch).
